General questions

Yoosbie is a website that allows you to find activities and events for your children. Service providers and organisers list themselves on our platform, allowing you to book your children (and, depending on the booking, yourself too) into exciting activities that get them out of the house and into the community.

Whatever age your kids are, and whatever their interests are, we are confident you will find an activity or event that works for them. You can search by keywords, category, location and much more to discover the ideal activity for your child.

To help out with our operational costs, Yoosbie charges a service fee to providers and visitors on bookings made through our platform.

As a visitor, you will not be charged a booking fee on any bookings you make through our website, just the cost of your bookings at the point of purchase (checkout). See our Booking Terms for further information.

Goods and service tax is added to bookings made through our website at the point of purchase (checkout).

Although we do the absolute maximum we are able to ensure the activity and event providers listed on Yoosbie are of the highest calibre possible, we make no guarantees to that effect. Your booking is with the service provider, not with us. Make sure you are familiar with our Booking Terms and ensure you properly understand who you are booking with by conducting your own research into them before making a booking through our website.

Under some circumstances we may try to help mediate when difficult situations arise, but again, we make no guarantees and are not obliged to do so. In short, your booking is your responsibility.

Provider questions

Firstly, because it’s free! Listing as a company or individual will always be free on our platform, and allows you to add as many activity packages or event tickets to your profile as you like. You can sell through Yoosbie immediately, without the need to set up complicated payment systems on your own website.

Another reason to list with us is that we have a team who are constantly working to promote our site and its content (which includes your listing), through social media campaigns, search engine optimisation (SEO) and paid advertising. We do all we can to make sure that our site – and by extension, your listing – is found by parents who are looking to get their kids into activities.

Another great reason to list with us is that Yoosbie is all about giving back. We give half of our end-of-year profits to initiatives that help underprivileged children into activities. So by selling through our platform, you are helping out in a pretty direct way.

As a provider, service fees are variable depending on the plan you choose when you sign up with us, and range between 9.9% and 19.9%. These fees are taken from the initial cost of the product you publish on our platform. See our Business Terms for further information.
